Flux Stock

Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 August 2026

By installing or using Flux Stock, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License and Hardware Lock

idocode grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flux Stock. Your license is bound to a single computer through a hardware fingerprint and a physical USB license key. The USB key must remain connected for the application to run. If the USB key is lost, damaged, or reformatted, the license bound to it cannot be recovered, and a new license is required to continue using the application.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing or hardware-fingerprinting mechanism, and not to distribute, rent, or resell the Software. Tampering with the license file or the USB binding will void your license and may cause the Software to lock.

3. Your Data and Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of all data you enter. You are solely responsible for securing your computer and for keeping regular backups of your data. Flux Stock is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Algerian law, idocode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

4. Updates and Distribution

Flux Stock is installed from offline media and remains fully functional without an internet connection. When this computer is online, the application may contact its update server (flux-update.idocode.dev) to check whether a newer version exists; that check transmits the installed version, the operating system and the IP address inherent to any connection. Separately, and only while improvement data is switched on, the application may send the technical summary described in section 3 of our Privacy Policy. No business data ever leaves the computer. Updates are cryptographically signed and are refused if the signature does not verify. Nothing is downloaded or installed automatically: both steps require an explicit action by you. Future versions may also be provided on offline media.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Algerian law.
